Hello, I'm Katja Rieger

I'll be your partner to help design and implement your new culture and strategy

I am immensely proud of the successes in organizational transformations that have been built on empowerment and inclusion of all involved. The input of diverse minds make such solutions inevitably better, and of course, the change is more profound and longer lasting.

I am a result-oriented entrepreneur with international corporate experience in Risk, Operations and Quality Management in the Financial Services Industry. I develop pragmatic road maps for change and ensure delivery as a strong strategic thinker with the ability to create buy-in across all organizational levels. I am passionate about creating the kind of workplace that inspires people to give their best.

Leading diverse and multi-disciplinary teams in financial services helped me build up a strong track record in people and stakeholder management. With Six Sigma (GE-certified MBB), Lean and other Change Methodologies, I have built and managed project portfolios, quality programs and large international change initiatives.

My experience with Cultural Transformation gave me the know-how to develop a simple and effective approach to achieve the right balance for sustainable change.
